CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the popularity and demand for Bella Lago Salon & Spa services, we would appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Kindly cancel your appointment before closing the night before to create opportunities for new appointments and to avoid the 50% charge same day policy.

For packages and group services, a credit card number will be taken to secure the appointment. If package or group appointments are not cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time, the appointments will be charged in full.

Unlike other salons & spas, we practice the highest form of team service. This means that the skills of our entire team are available to you. We don't lock you into a single technician or keep you on a waiting list. Meeting your service needs and busy schedule is our top priority.
